Rebuild Process

How we rebuild your blower.

    Inspection & report

    We disassemble, inspect, and report the unit's current condition and required actions before any work begins.

    Written estimate

    You receive a firm quote covering all parts, machining, painting and bead blasting up front.

  3. 3

    Rebuild to tolerance

    Once approved, we rebuild to factory tolerances with Roots original parts and any required machining.

  4. 4

    Test & finish

    Large units are mechanically tested before shipment. Head plates cleaned; impellers and cylinders bead-blasted; final paint applied.

  5. 5

    Warranty

    Shipped with our 12/18 warranty on the rebuild.

12-Month Warranty

Rebuilt units carry a 12/18 warranty — 12 months of operation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first.

Every unit rebuilt to OEM tolerances with genuine Roots parts, including any required machining.

Retrofits & Repurposing

A second life for equipment you already own.

We have the experience to retrofit your system with new components — a VFD, remote monitoring, or a new control panel — or repurpose your equipment for a new application. Ship us the blower or send an engineer on site.
